Hazeldene is a 4 bedroom coastal bungalow in the popular family resort of Porth. On the doorstep of Whipsiderry Beach and a 5 minute stroll from the award winning Porth beach. A fifteen minute coastal walk from Watergate Bay

Hazeldene is an extremely spacious traditional detached bungalow with parking for 5 cars and sea and valley views from the dining area of the property. The very large enclosed back garden has a seating area and a solid childrens play area and is therefore perfect for families.

The main bungalow consists of 3 bedrooms. 2 twins bedrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds that can be attached to make a 6ft bed. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's. The large family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The lounge area has beautiful views through the dual aspect windows overlooking the valley and open countryside along with a sofa bed, flatscreen tv and a digi box. The modern kitchen includes a washing machine & a dryer.

The annex comprises of a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area which includes a double bedroom and a wc and shower room. The lounge area has a flat screen tv, DVD player and sofa bed.
