NEW LATE AVAILABILITY SERVICE
Great news! We have teamed up with LateRooms to offer all of our advertisers a late availability / Booking service that is integrated into your entry on the site.
For those of you unfamiliar with LateRooms it is a highly successful
late availability booking service on the net. LateRooms.com attracts over
50,000 visitors daily, has 350,000 registered users. appealing to both a leisure and corporate audience it offers customers the option to book on-line
or by telephone via a 24 hour call centre.
LateRooms can be used by Hotels/Guest Houses and Self catering establishments. There is no facility for Holiday Parks at the moment.
With LateRooms you can list which rooms, at what price and on what
dates you wish to sell. You have complete control. You NOT need to list all or even any of your rooms. There is no registration fee or set up charge. A
commission is paid when you receive a booking and business.
I know that some of our advertisers all already using LateRooms so will be
familiar with the service. However, for those of you who are not one of our advertisers who recently registered with LateRooms received their first booking within 24 hours and is delighted with the continuing level of business.
We chose LateRooms because of
three factors.
- Good reports from Providers already using the service.
- Their flexibility - you decide what you sell, when and at what price.
- Their technical integration services, enabling us to integrate and
synchronise their live data into your entry.
To give you an idea of how your entry would look please have a look at

its live real time LateRooms availability data. We will be making this service live any day now so do not delay in registering if you wish to take advantage of the service.
In other words, when the Metro Hotel amends its details using the LateRooms Web based administration it
automatically updates the entry in the Newquay Guide site. The Late availability data
is automatically synchronised.

To summarise.
- By listing your availability on LateRooms you get the benefit of their
national and international promotion and marketing, their on-line booking service and 24 hour
telephone booking telephone service.
- You have full control over what you list and when at what price.
- No set up costs.
- Your data is automatically integrated into your entry on the on-line newquay guide.
After you have registered with LateRooms please just email us with your LateRooms ID and we will switch on the service and display on your entry. We MUST have your LateRooms ID to be able to do this.
